Where to buy a Classic Mini in the Philippines

So your wife has allowed you to buy a new project car, but you decided not to get a VW bug, a honda or a toyota and set your eyes on the 2nd most influential car in history, the mini. Not the BMW mini but the classic mini, and now, you ask yourself where do you get a quality one in the Philippines?

Several things to consider when choosing a shop would be: location of the shop, aftersales support, base price of the unit.

First shop would be Mini Parts Manila, the shop is located conveniently in the center of Quezon City.
If you're coming from the north, It is one of the most convenient places to go to. The owner is Jeng, and he has made it his hobby to recover and restore minis. The shop is located just beside his home and once you enter the subdivision you'll immediately see his minis lined up on the street. Usual acquisition cost is upwards of about 360k depending on the papers, engine, condition of the mini. Aftersales is great, with some of their mechanics even flying to as far down as Cebu to maintain the minis they sold there.

The second shop is one of the oldest and well known shops. JoJo's garage, is owned by Jojo located in Malabon.
It is a bit far but It is well worth it to see the shop and meet Jojo as he explains the varieties of minis around, the parts he has available on hand and you can also get to enjoy looking through the rare minis he has in the shop. They have great after sales support as well even going so far as to do home service for their regular customers.

These two have a great following, and already established a good customer base, so I trust them both when getting your first mini.
